Colon Cleanse Recipe

Foods that are indigestible like meat, carbohydrate, etc. can cause mucus buildup in the colon. These can produce toxins that poisons the body. These toxins are the contributing factor to headache, weight gain, low energy and fatigue as well as depression.
If you have such symptoms try this method for cleansing your colon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon ground Flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of organic raw honey
- 1 cup water
- Mix all ingredients together in the Blender And blend it except the chia seeds.
- Pour out the content from the blender to your favorite drinking glass and add the chia seeds.
- Stir the drink for 5 minutes until it’s all well blended.
- Drink it and enjoy your day!
