2 chicken breast
3 cups of water
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Squeeze 1/4 Lemon juice
6 gloves of garlic
4 stick of carrots
4 big mushroom
Place it on high for 6 to 8 hours
Then prepare the vegetables
1 bundle of organic broccoli
Put a little water just enough to cook the vegetable and sea salt & pepper to taste cover it in few minutes then add coconut oil let it cook to your like then pour out the jar of Ragu light white sauce.
And add the cook chicken & vegetables from the crock pot.
