We find the right spot by locating the triangle blade and find the infraspinatus muscles which is under the (infra) the ridge (spine) of bone. The shoulder blade’s ridge of bone is roughly horizontal and spans the full width. It’s bony feature. The infraspinatus is large, flat and mostly just below the skin. There is a supra spinatus muscle above it, but it’s much smaller and hidden under a thick layer of trapezius. We massage the entire muscle by pressure point and rubbing it firmly, and almost anyone will feel the sensation of pain spreading around the shoulder and travels to the front of shoulder. We also massage the rotator cuff — and the infraspinatus in particular for healing from stubborn shoulder “injuries.” We recommend that you try our technique.
