Sleep can have major impact on our overall well-being. It affects how we perform at work on daily bases as well as how we look. If you are sleeping well, you wake up feeling well, alert and refreshed.
Teenagers need at least 8.5 to 9 hours in average of sleep interrupted. If you have a short sleeping your body does not have the time to complete all the phases needed for the muscle to repair, release of hormone regulating the growth & appetite and memory unification.
What happens when you do not sleep well?
If you do not sleep well- then you wake up with less energy, less prepared, not able to concentrate & cannot make decisions accurately and cannot do well in school or any social activities.
